Ingredients:

 4 tbsp sugar

 1 tbsp baking soda

 2 eggs

 400 gr of cottage cheese

 100 gr of flour

 Salt to taste

 Strawberry chunks

 Sour cream as a topping

 Vanilla extract

 How to make:

 Whisk the eggs thoroughly.

 Enter the cottage cheese, stir until the cheese dissolves with the eggs.

 Add flour, vanilla extract, salt, sugar and baking soda

 Stir all ingredients thoroughly.

 Prepare a cutting board then put a little flour on it.

 Place 1 spoonful of syirniki dough, then set aside.  And so on until the dough runs out.

 Heat the pan and add the butter until it dissolves.

 Add the shirniki mixture that was set aside earlier, turning the dough every 3 minutes.

 Wait until each side turns brown, then remove.

 Give sour cream and strawberries as toppings.  Syirniki is ready to be served. Good luck😋😋
